I'm the breeder behind 1880 Lagotto located in Minster, OH. We are a small breeder located in Ohio and our dogs live in home with us on a working family farm. The farmhouse was built in 1880 hence the name! We utilize puppy culture methods to create confident, family friendly dogs.
About Maria
I'm passionate about ethical breeding through health testing and early stimulation and socialization. I'm fascinated by the difference it can make in a dog when brought up right in those early months of their life. We have a young family so it's extremely important to me that our dogs have excellent temperaments for family life.
What makes Maria’s program special
We live on a working farm and also have a family of 4 young children. So in addition to puppy culture this presents extra desensitization opportunities at an early age.
