We offer a 1 year health warranty. Puppies interact with dogs and cats and are raised in our home with our family surrounded by constant love and attention.

I am the proud spouse of a Marine Corps veteran and we've raised four amazing children, each reflecting the resilience and sense of responsibility instilled by our military connection.

Getting a puppy from Caitlin
Caitlin has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices range from $2,500 - $4,500.
“The price includes a full vet examination, first puppy vaccinations, deworming, microchip, health warranty, 30 days free Trupanion insurance, Royal Canin Yorkshire Terrier puppy food, and goodie bag. The non-refundable holding fee will reserve the selected puppy until pick up. On the day of pick, the holding fee will be applied the cost of the puppy.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Enrichment and socialization
Yorkies handled from birth, introduced to neurologically stimulating toys and puzzles, are used to interacting with dogs and cats and are raised in our home surrounded by constant love and attention. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Socialized with other animals, Socialized with other dogs, Daily handling, Surface & tactile stimulation, Car rides, Various sounds, Different Textures, Body handling protocol, including sitting still for grooming, Puppy temperament evaluation , neural stimulation, Early socialization, surface and tactile stimulation, Noise desensitization, Human Interactions , Potty pads,, Name recognition , "No" Biting or Chewing, Chew, e.g. Bone, Toys, e.g. Ball, Touch Desensitization, Grooming Desensitization, Household Desensitization, Early Neurological Stimulation, Sound Stimulation, Socialized with Elderly, Socialized with Adult Dogs, and Socialized with Cats.
Puppy health practices
Puppies from Artisan Yorkies go to their new families after a full vet examination, first puppy vaccinations, dewormed, microchip, 1 year health warranty, and 30 days free Trupanion insurance. We do not dock tails or remove dew claws as these procedures are purely cosmetic and can be harmful. All adult Yorkies are Optimal Selection DNA genetic health tested– clean.

We send our puppies home with Basic obedience & manners, Registration, Blanket with mom & littermates’ scent, Toys, Food & treats, Vet records, Microchip, and Go home bag filled with the essentials for your new Yorkie..
