About Barbara
I am a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, best friend, and a lady who follows Biblical principles and truths. I am honest, dependable, and do all things to the fullest extent. I was raised to do things right - or don't do it at all. I certainly put my heart into my puppies in order to give my puppy families the best quality, breeder care, and full going-home instructions humanly possible.
What makes Barbara’s program special
Being a respected, experienced breeder for 39.5 years, I have seen it all - I bought into inferior lines and through generations of W-O-R-K and show folks educating me, I have beautiful up to standard pups. I have a group Facebook site where my cocker families enjoy sharing pictures, stories, comparing the litter mates, and sharing tips such as: house training, obedience/agility class enrollments

Romeo and Lucy's litter
Barbara has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Puppy prices range from $1,600 - $2,000 and include a non-refundable deposit of $200.
“Priced according to colors/lines. I paid $2500 for Romeo & his beautiful ST JAMES bloodline w/ silvers (almost white) & silver buffs- much harder to find. My BEST champion lines on both sides are $2.000. The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a different puppy in this litter, or to another litter, or even to a future litter in case of a family emergency, etc.”
Barbara may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Barbara offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don’t hesitate to reach out to Barbara directly.
We begin socializing our pups from birth, playing with them to get them used to people (children, adults, 1 on 1, litter play, and other pets). Our large family interacts! They interact with all ages of children. I also furnish a "complimentary puppy going home gift bag" which includes my vet's shot records given to your puppy, toys, food sample, treats, print-outs on potty training + much more. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Socialized with other animals, Socialized in new places, Basic Manners, Potty Pads, Name Recognition, Human Interactions, Sound Stimulation, Early Socialization, Grooming and Nail Care, Stay Command, Basic Commands, Bathing, Exposed to Visitors, Toys, e.g. Ball, Grooming Desensitization, Household Desensitization, Socialized with Elderly, Socialized with Other Animals, Socialized with Cats, Socialized with Children, "No" Biting or Chewing, and Potty Training.
Puppies are dewormed every 2, 4, 6, & 8 weeks get their first set of shots at 8 weeks by our vet and we even add extra vaccines such as bordetella which is not a requirement but we feel it necessary before a new family takes a pup to his/her groomer. We pay extra for a complete (detailed physical) and a state of Florida health certificate to go home with EVERY pup.
We send our puppies home with Registration, Toy with Littermates' Scent, Bone, Tail's Docked, Dew Claws Removed, Welcome Home Bags and Information, Professional Grooming, Shot Records and Vaccine Schedule By My Vet, Vaccinations, Toy with Mom's Scent, Puppy Starter Kit, Puppy Collar, Food Starter Bag, Certificate of Health, Blanket with Littermates Scent, and AKC Registration.
Barbara offers options to help you easily get your new puppy home.
If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.
Work with a trusted flight nanny or transporter to get your puppy comfortably dropped off at an airport or meeting point close to home.
