About Lara

What makes Lara’s program special
We love our puppies from the time we plan a breeding. Our dogs live in our home and are a part of our everyday lives, so the puppies are also. With the help of my husband and son, each dog gets individual attention daily.

We use early neurological stimulation and Puppy Culture protocols with our puppies. They usually interact with all of our adult dogs by the time they are four weeks old. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Socialized with other animals, Introduced to people of different ages and appearances, Socialized with other dogs, Daily handling, Scent introduction, Socialized in new places, Socialized with children, Surface & tactile stimulation, Car rides, Various sounds, Socialized with Children, Puppy Culture , Early Neurological Stimulation, Socialized with Adult Dogs, Sound Stimulation, Household Desensitization, Grooming Desensitization, Touch Desensitization, Toys, e.g. Ball, Structures, e.g. Climbing, Strangers, Noises , Various Surfaces , Fireworks , and Car Rides.
We work closely with our vet to deworm our puppies and receive necessary vaccinations. Our vet recommends first vaccinations at 6 weeks with the second at 8 weeks, at which time our vet checks over each puppy to ensure they are healthy and ready to go to their new homes. Our puppies are usually in their new homes before the third and fourth scheduled vaccinations at 12 and 16 weeks.
We send our puppies home with Puppy starter kit, Initial potty training, Toys, Food & treats, Vet records, Basic obedience & manners, Microchip, Blanket with mom & littermates’ scent, Food Starter Bag, Puppy Collar, Toy with Littermates' Scent, Vaccinations, Blanket with Littermates' and Mom's scents, and Volhard Personality Test.
Lara offers options to help you easily get your new puppy home.
If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.
Work with a trusted flight nanny or transporter to get your puppy comfortably dropped off at an airport or meeting point close to home.
Why Lara started breeding
When I was a child, our family bred Cocker Spaniels. When my own children were young, we rescued older dogs who were already spayed or neutered. I knew once my children were grown and I had more time, I wanted to breed dogs. Once I fell in love with Goldendoodles, and then Poodles, I knew they were the dogs I wanted to share with other families.
