I'm the breeder behind Bentwood Cove Kennel located in Lubbock, TX. Business Partners are Meagan and Brad (father). We breed athletic Labrador Retrievers with fantastic temperaments that will make stellar family pets and companions in the field. Our goal is to breed superior temperament, health, conformation, movement, and the natural ability and drive to hunt.

Puppy prices range from $1,200 - $2,000 and include a non-refundable deposit of $300.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC), Centronuclear Myopathy (CNM), D Locus (Dilute) DNA test
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
