I'm the breeder behind Bernese Mountain Dogs of Pony Trail Farm located in Nicholson, GA. We raise our AKC Bernese Mountain Dog pups with care and attention so they can become well-socialized and loving additions to their forever homes. We want to better the breed through thorough health testing and selective breeding decisions. Parents are OFA and DNA tested to ensure healthy pups.

  • What makes your program special?

    Pups are handled and socialized from day 1 to give each the best possible start. Being a working breed that enjoys a purposeful job like drafting, we offer a 2-year OFA warranty against dysplasia that is rarely given with this breed due to the many factors involved in joint development. Parents are DNA tested and matched to ensure pups will not be At Risk/Affected for any genetic disorder.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are black rust and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
