I'm the breeder behind Bertha Butt Bulldogs located in Plant City, FL. We are huge animal lovers and have a special place in our hearts for our dogs. We want to provide top-quality beloved companions. We’re a small-scale program with a big love for Bulldogs! Our dogs are our passion, and we enjoy spreading the love of Bulldogs with other individuals and families by responsibly breeding our incredible dogs.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I've owned my senior Bulldog since he was about 10 weeks old and I've loved the breed ever since. He's now 14 years old!
  • What makes your program special?

    I've started with champion lines to bring conformation and continued with genetic health testing and OFA testing.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include red and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Alisha

Alisha has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price

Puppy prices range from $3,500 - $7,000 and include a non-refundable deposit of $350.

“AKC Registration, microchipped, up to date on shots (by licensed Veterinarian), dewormed, Florida Health Certificate and Embark health & traits tested. Your deposit will be deducted from the total price at take home. We can transfer to another puppy in a different or same litter.”

Alisha may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
