I'm the breeder behind Bonnybrook Bedlington Terriers located in Erie, CO. We are a small Bedlington kennel that breeds healthy and loving dogs. We raise all of our puppies in our home. We occasionally have puppies available to the public for both companion and show purposes. Our dogs are only sold on contracts with health guarantees.
About Dennis
Dennis and Kristin Corash have been raising and exhibiting the breed since the ’80s. Dennis actually started showing the breed at 5 years old. They are pleased to be joined by their daughter, Melissa Corash Woodward, in the family fun. Dennis and Kristi are both recognized as Breeders of Distinction by the Bedlington Terrier Club of America and Breeders of Merit by the American Kennel Club.
What makes Dennis’s program special
All of our puppies are home raised and are well socialized, crate trained, and have begun housebreaking before going to their new homes. Our dogs and puppies are only sold on contracts with health guarantees to loving forever homes. If for some reason you are not able to care for your dog, we happily make arrangements to take the dog back to our home.

Puppy prices range from $2,700 - $3,500 and include a non-refundable deposit of $1,500.
“The price of a puppy is not determined until the litter is on the ground. Deposits are refundable up to four weeks before pickup.”
Dennis may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Our puppies are raised in the home, utilizing several avenues to puppy socialization. They are well-started on potty training, leash training, becoming getting use to the grooming table, and are learning to develop positive relationship with other people (strangers) and animals. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Several techniques are utilized toward a well socialized puppy including ENS or Early Neurological Stimulations, grooming, bathing, and the grooming table, to name a few. All puppies are temperament tested. You have our commitment to work alongside of all of our clients for the lifetime of their new puppy. and Puppy are crate trained, socialized with children, and are brought up in an enriched environment. We want our puppies to become comfortable with sounds, sights, and smells they may encounter in their new homes. .
All puppies have been examined by a veterinarian and check for common puppy ailments. Appropriate vaccinations have been given to the pups before going to their new home along with recommendation for future vaccinations.
We send our puppies home with Toy with Mom's Scent, Vaccinations, Puppy Starter Kit, and Food Starter Bag.

If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.
Work with a trusted flight nanny or transporter to get your puppy comfortably dropped off at an airport or meeting point close to home.
Why Dennis started breeding
Bonnybrook Bedlingtons was first established in the late 1950s when Dennis’s parents, Peggy and Bob Corash, brought the first Bedlington to Colorado. Growing up with a bevy of Bedlingtons has been quite an adventure. He has continued in the canine profession by carrying on the Bedlington line through breeding, showing, and awareness through associations, clubs, and organizations.

Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Brucellosis
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
Copper Toxicosis, Bedlington Terrier Type (COMMD1)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
