“Includes a $500 deposit. The price guarantees UKC registration, deworming, vaccinations, micro-chipping, and 1-year health guarantee, and lifetime breeder support. Price also includes socialization and training with professionals that we use for our personal dogs. The buyer agrees to place a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on a puppy or dog (according to the deposit order). The puppy shall remain with “The Breeder”, until the puppy is at least 10 weeks old and no older than 13 weeks old unless noted in this contract. The deposit amount (Above), is non-refundable should I decide I do not want or cannot take the puppy, for any other reason. Refunds ONLY if the puppy should no longer be due to illness, accident, or stillborn/ death.”
