About Lance
I am a Dad of two boys, a husband, a lover of college football, and a lover of animals. Besides Dachshunds, I also breed several species of endangered Goodeids which are small live-bearing fish from Mexico. I am self-employed and work from home so I have plenty of time to spend with our animals. My wife is an RN at our local hospital.
What makes Lance’s program special
For anyone who has gotten a puppy from me they would say that of course, the puppies are what makes our breeding program special. I am not some Dachshund breeding genius or anything but I genuinely care about my puppies and try my best to produce the best puppies I can so their new owners can enjoy them for a very long time.

Getting a puppy from Lance
Lance has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices range from $2,000 - $5,000 and include a non-refundable deposit of $500.
“All of my puppies come with full AKC registration, up to date on vaccinations, regularly dewormed, and health checked by a vet. A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to reserve a puppy. The deposit will be applied to overall cost of the puppy.”

What's included
Enrichment and socialization
My puppies are socialized from day one. My female dogs trust me so much that they will allow even my four-year-old son to softly pet their newborn puppies. All of my puppies are played with and treated like the family members they are. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Socialized with other animals, Introduced to people of different ages and appearances, Socialized with other dogs, Daily handling, Scent introduction, Socialized in new places, Socialized with children, Surface & tactile stimulation, Car rides, Various sounds, Car Rides, Socialized with Children, Chew, e.g. Bone, Handled & socializing , Socialized with Strangers, Socialized with Elderly, Sound Stimulation, Socialized with Adult Dogs, and Crate Training.
Puppy health practices
All of our puppies are health checked by a vet, up to date on vaccinations, and wormed regularly before going to their new homes. Our puppies are raised strictly indoors so they never come into contact with any dogs that we don’t own or any wildlife.

We send our puppies home with Registration, Food & treats, Initial potty training, Toys, Vet records, and Basic obedience & manners.

“I do not ship my puppies so I expect you to pick up your puppy from us in Brunswick, GA. For a $200 fee I can also meet you at the Jacksonville, FL airport with your puppy. ”

Why Lance started breeding
I have loved animals since I was a kid so breeding them is just an extension of that. After getting our first Miniature Dachshund back in 2005 I have been hooked on the breed ever since. After doing a ton of research over a few years period and also talking to other breeders I decided to start breeding Dachshunds myself.
