I'm the breeder behind Cribstone Labradors located in Brunswick, ME. I produce pups that will continue to excel in their chosen field, whether that be working, showing, or as an active companion. I breed healthy, beautiful puppies. I take my job seriously, knowing that my puppies will become someone's beloved pet. Each puppy is considered a member of my family, and I ensure they are socialized, healthy, and prepared to excel in their forever homes.
About Colette
My dogs are a huge part of my life, and I enjoy spending time with them; whether that be through completing our various day-to-day activities together or just cuddling up at night. I strive to not only produce beautiful puppies and continue my lines, but to help promote responsible breeding in order to ensure that the Labrador Retriever will continue to thrive for generations to come.
What makes Colette’s program special
I only breed every few years so that I can give each litter and puppy the attention and care they deserve. I take pride in raising well-tempered and socialized puppies who can excel in work, rally, obedience, and as beloved companions.
Colette has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

All puppies are current on vaccinations and deworming, have dewclaws removed, and see my vet for a health check prior to leaving for their new homes.
We send our puppies home with Microchip.

“I don't ship puppies. You will be expected to do an in person interview. You can come to my home to visit the pups and when the time comes to take your new companion to their forever home. We will keep in touch.”
Why Colette started breeding
In the 1970's, I had a rescue dog that was a Labrador Retriever. Years later, even after having another rescue that was a Springer mix, I knew that Labs were it for me. I love the breed, and I learned everything I possibly could so that I would be prepared to become a responsible breeder. It has been an honor working with these incredible dogs for all these years.
Colette has been a member of Good Dog for about 4 years
Colette was screened for responsible practices and has been a member since 2021.
Colette’s program includes two colors
Colette’s Labrador Retriever puppies include yellow and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
