I'm the breeder behind Crows Nest Labradors located in Myakka City, FL. I have been in the dog world professionally for 36 years. I have been a Holistic Dog groomer since 1988. My passion is dogs and I have made a career in the dog world. . Our family has been breeding and owning AKC Labradors for 38 years. I have also shown horses since the 1970's with many National Champion titles, AQHA top ten World and Congress horses.

Puppy prices range from $2,500 - $3,500 and include a non-refundable deposit of $250.

Enrichment and socialization

Our puppies have been acclimated to loud, busy noisy home with toddlers and older children. They have been taking car rides to get used to the motion and noise. . I utilize the following enrichment methods: Socialized with other animals, Introduced to people of different ages and appearances, Socialized with other dogs, Daily handling, Scent introduction, Socialized in new places, Socialized with children, Surface & tactile stimulation, Car rides, Various sounds, Scents, Chew, e.g. Bone, Toys, e.g. Ball, Touch Desensitization, Early Neurological Stimulation, Grooming Desensitization, Household Desensitization, Sound Stimulation, Socialized with Elderly, Socialized with Other Animals, Socialized with Adult Dogs, Socialized with Children, Crate Training, "No" Biting or Chewing, and Leash Walking.

Pick up your puppy in Myakka City, FL or nearby

If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.

Get your puppy dropped off to you

We’ll meet at a mutually convenient halfway point to drop off your puppy. Once your application is approved, we’ll coordinate the details for your pick-up day together.

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
