I'm the breeder behind Dalmatian Vacation located in Chehalis, WA. Our mission is to create lasting companionship for loving families, and to provide these families with a well-tempered, healthy, and loving Dalmatian puppies. Our breeding program is small yet personal, allowing us to focus on the individual needs of each puppy.
About Augist
We provide our clients with a unique opportunity to see how Dalmatians interact with people, places, and things. One of the key benefits for our business is that we can determine specifics characteristics of our puppies. These are things like size, coat, mannerisms, quirks, and temperament. We offer breed education as well as long-term mentorship for each of one of our clients.

Why Augist started breeding
My passions for the Dalmatian breed in endless. I wanted to begin a program that is professional and ethical to promote the wellbeing of the Dalmatian breed. The mission behind our program is to create companionship for loving families and to provide these families with well-tempered, healthy, and loving Dalmatian puppies.

Augist’s program includes two colors
Augist’s Dalmatian puppies include white and liver brown and white and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

About Zero
Zero is a female Dalmatian. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Augist decided to make her part of their program. Augist has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Charming is a male Dalmatian. Carefully selected as a great representative of his breed, Augist decided to make him part of their program. Augist has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Congenital Deafness (BAER, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
