I'm the breeder behind Doodle Belle Puppy located in Layton, UT. We use Puppy Culture protocols, a series of stimulation and socialization methods designed to shelter-proof your puppy using data regarding why animals are surrendered to a shelter and embedding defenses against these behaviors into the formative first 12 weeks of life. About Laura
I'm Laura, my husband, Eric and I have been married for 34 years. We have 5 wonderful children and 5 fantastic grandchildren. We have been breeding dogs since 2017. We have always loved dogs and found that we genuinely love being breeders. Our animals are part of our family and we are very proud of how much time and effort goes into every one of them. This is a family operation.
What makes Laura’s program special
Our program is special because of the genuine care and concern we have for our animals. Dogs live with us, in the house or in a Guardian home, as the pet, no kennels. We consider all of our puppies family and check in with them regularly. We have a social media network with our families and discuss training, socialization, nutrition and also allows us to stay in touch.

Getting a puppy from Laura
Laura has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices range from $1,200 - $2,300 and include a deposit of $500.
“Due to the various costs going into each breed fertility rates and popularity, our price varies based on breed, gender, temperament, size and coloring. As of January 1, 2022 our Deposits are fully transferrable to another litter or partially refundable if needed, as long as it is more than two weeks before go home. We retain $100 for admin costs.”
Contract and health guarantee
Laura may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Laura offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don’t hesitate to reach out to Laura directly.
What's included
Enrichment and socialization
We have many children and teenagers in and out of our house as well as setting up many visitors to interact with the puppies. We expose them to different toys and challenges daily so that they learn to be interactive and adaptable. Pups are exposed to large dogs and cats so that they can fit into any situation. They go on car rides and to shops in small groups with a strict "no floor" protocol. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Surface & tactile stimulation, Socialized with children, Socialized with other animals, Introduced to people of different ages and appearances, Socialized with other dogs, Daily handling, Socialized in new places, Car rides, Various sounds, Avidog, "No" Biting or Chewing, Puppy Culture , Basic manners, Household Desensitization, Socialized with Children, Toys, e.g. Ball, Socialized with Adult Dogs, Car travel, Manding, ENS, Clicker Training, Manding, Leash Walking, Crate Training, Socialized with Elderly, Early Neurological Stimulation, Various Surfaces , and Body Handling (feet, ears, tail, etc).
Puppy health practices
Puppies receive worming treatments as needed up to their 8-week treatment and first set of shots at our Vet. They are given a full exam, shots, and worming at the vet prior to going to their new homes. We only remove incomplete dew claws from the back legs and only as needed. We do not dock tails or crop ears. We encourage puppies to learn and explore allowing them lots of different experiences.

We send our puppies home with Blanket with mom & littermates’ scent, Initial potty training, Puppy starter kit, Toys, Food & treats, Vet records, Basic obedience & manners, Puppy Leash, Vaccinations, Puppy Collar, Blanket with Littermates Scent, Food Starter Bag, and Puppy Starter Kit.
Bringing your puppy home
Laura offers options to help you easily get your new puppy home.
Pick up your puppy in Layton, UT or nearby
If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.
Get your puppy dropped off to you
Work with a trusted flight nanny or transporter to get your puppy comfortably dropped off at an airport or meeting point close to home.

Why Laura started breeding
Our foundation girl, Miss Piper Lucy Belle, was first and foremost our family pet. She is the gold standard when it comes to Labrador Retrievers and we are delighted to have her. On advice from our Vet, who recognized her quality, we let her have one litter, but our passion for the process lead us to add and expand our program. We realized that, as a family, we are really pretty good at dog rearing.

Laura’s program has five sizes
Laura’s Bernedoodle puppies include medium and standard sizes. Laura’s Poodle puppies are standard size. Laura’s Aussiedoodle puppies include standard and mini sizes. Sizes will vary by litter based on the parent dogs.
Laura’s program includes nine colors
Laura’s Bernedoodle puppies include tri-color and sable. Laura’s Poodle puppies include phantom and parti. Laura’s Aussiedoodle puppies include blue merle, red merle, brown and white, black tri-color, and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
