Why Emily started breeding
We took my 1st dachshund mix in in 2016 as an adult - 6 years old. She became my little side kick, my love, my shadow. She is my older girl in the house, but she still keeps up with the puppies. In October of 2022, we decided to add another family member & decided it would be a second dachshund. We got our Gunther. After adding him to the family, I realized that I really love the breed! I started researching. I became very interested the genetics and breeding this breed that I just adore. I found an amazing mentor in the process. She has taught and helped me so much! I couldn’t be doing this without her! February of 2023, Eevee was brought home. Until she is ready, I will continue to educate myself so I can help educate others and also become a responsible, reputable breeder with healthy, quality babies.
