I'm the breeder behind Flint Creek Doodles located in Decatur, AL. We are a small in-home breeder. Our priorities include breeding for temperament, health & structure, as well as correct coat & furnishings.
About The
We are small hobby breeders that discovered a love for understanding animal genetics and enjoy the time we are able to invest training our puppies at a young age to provide a smooth transition to their forever homes. Although our program is small we carefully select our breeding stock to produce healthy puppies with excellent temperament.
What makes The’s program special
Our love for training puppies and creating a wonderful transition experience for both our puppies and families. We have had the pleasure of working with a number of families with children on the autism spectrum & have become involved with a local ministry to the homeless population in our area because of our program.

The has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Puppy prices range from $1,600 and include a refundable deposit of $300.
“A deposit is a hold fee that allows you to reserve a puppy in our current litter. This fee is applied to your puppy price.”
The may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If The offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don’t hesitate to reach out to The directly.
In addition to spending time holding and physically stimulating puppies (feet, ears, etc.) At about 3 weeks we begin exposing puppies to different light, activities, noise, and constant human contact in a controlled environment. We do not allow outside visitors but they are well socialized and introduced to a variety of environments among our immediate family. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Potty Training and Crate Training.
Our puppies are all seen twice by our vet who we have the pleasure of working closely with. He administers the first round of vaccinations and well checks. We begin deworming medication he provides at 10 days (3 days in a row) then once weekly until vaccinations.
We send our puppies home with Microchip, Certificate of Health, Vaccinations, Food Starter Bag, and Puppy Starter Kit.
The offers options to help you easily get your new puppy home.
If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.
Work with a trusted transporter to get your puppy comfortably dropped off at a meeting point close to home.
Why The started breeding
Oddly, After 20 years of marriage & children almost grown we found genetics to be a common area of interest and from that grew a decision to have something we could invest in and do together in the coming years. It has in a way replaced busy kid schedules and dinner conversation topics in our marriage.
