Jennifer’s experience

  • About Jennifer

We are active pheasant hunters. Our dogs primarily compete in hunt tests or field trials. Jenn is a former member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers and completed coursework in grooming, pet care, psychology & nutrition. Their dogs have also been involved in HRC hunt tests, 4-H obedience, agility, rally and showmanship, and CGC tests. Many pups have gone on to performance venues.

  • What makes Jennifer’s program special

We breed occasionally and spend a great amount of time nurturing and raising our Goldens in-home for optimal socialization. We temperament-test pups to assist in the selection process and match up our families to the pup they are expecting. We warranty our pups to four (4) years of age for hips, elbows, heart & eyes. We will always take back a pup for any reason to avoid a shelter situation.

More about Jennifer

  • Why Jennifer started breeding

When we received a dog at the point we could afford our first golden pet, she had a number of health and temperament issues, passing away at just over a year old. We then learned more about the importance of health tests. Our goal began with the best foundation possible & strive to produce better Goldens for companions & performance. We nurture pups with Puppy Culture, AviDog and other methods.
