I'm the breeder behind Gary's Pembroke Welsh Corgis located in Eastern Oregon, OR. We decided to start breeding to share the best possible puppies with excellent personalities, temperament, and most of all health! We raise our dogs in our home right alongside our family. We love being able to match our puppies with families that are the perfect fit for their personalities.
About Gary
My girl Tweety is not my first Corgi. Back in my childhood days we grew up on a farm and raised Black Labs. Later Pomeranians and miniture Dachsunds. Both my grandfather and uncle were veterinarians and my father a PHD in agriculture.
What makes Gary’s program special
Mainly the individual in-home care and full time attention these pups recieve. I like to say my pups are pre-spoiled.

Our pups are handled from birth starting with vigilante, experienced birthing care. They are picked up, held and petted many times a day. After they are up and around we continue to handle them and play with them appropriately to dicourage bad habits. To make things more comfortable for nursing we trim the pups sharp little nails to so they aren't hurting mamma. We encourage them to share toys and supervise their activities so they don't get rough. They are potty trained from 3 weeks starting with a potty area in the pen and when they get their legs outside potty training and rewards begin. Anytime they wake from a nap or show signs of having to go they are taken to a covered outdoor pen and supervised. Anytime a puppy whines they are taken outside to go so by the time you get home with your pup your job will be much easier. They'll still have a few accidents because they are just babies but we can give you instructions on how to finish their training. Our Corgis are typically very easy to train, very loving, gregarious, full of joy and happy to be cuddled and they love to keep tabs on you be close. They are familiar with vehicle travel all seem to enjoy it. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Socialized with other dogs, Daily handling, Surface & tactile stimulation, Car rides, Various sounds, We allow your puppy to play and initiate no-bite training, outside potty training , Litter Box Trained, Pack Socialization, Early socialization, Human Interactions , Impulse Control, "No" Biting or Chewing, Socialized with Adult Dogs, and Potty Training.

Why Gary started breeding
It was a family hobby to raise puppies and goats and many other animals such as cattle. My father felt is was good for kids to raise and learn to care for animals. By the time I was a teenager I had raised nearly 50 goats, several horses and dozens of Labrador Retrievers. My love for Corgis and seeing these little miracles grow up to be members of loving families is what drives me. It's a great experience to train and socialize these pups.
