I'm the breeder behind Halo Schnauzer located in Coarsegold, CA. We breed healthy dogs that have been genetically tested and cleared with our vet. We also ensure mom and dad have fantastic temperaments. We own our stud who plays a major role in the puppies' lives while they're with us.

From day one, we start holding pups and touching/stretching their legs/feet so they are comfortable being handled. While nursing, we use the back of clippers to rub their backs so they are not afraid to be groomed. Once they start walking, we introduce them to several surfaces and textures to build their confidence. We give them fake grass, a puppy litter box, and a pee pad to start potty training. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Surface & tactile stimulation, Socialized with other animals, Daily handling, Socialized with other dogs, Introduced to people of different ages and appearances, Scent introduction, Socialized in new places, Car rides, Various sounds, Basic Manners, Name Recognition, Litter Box Training, Noise Desensitization, Surface and Tactile Stimulation, Introduced to Bathing and Grooming, Potty Pads, Crate Training, Early Socialization, Car Training , Human Interactions , "No" Biting or Chewing, Potty Training, Socialized with Cats, and Socialized with Adult Dogs.
