I'm the breeder behind Hiser's Bluegrass Bostons located in Canmer, KY. We’re so excited to be able to help families experience the longtime loyalty of welcoming a new puppy into their lives! We are a small enough program that we are able to thoroughly focus on each individual dog and puppy and their needs. We take pride in the time and dedication we give to every litter. Puppies are all raised in our home and will be well socialized.

Getting a puppy from Jessie
Jessie has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices range from $1,000 - $1,500 and include a non-refundable deposit of $200.
“Price includes a health certificate, First round of vaccinations and dewormer. Parents are AKC registered so puppies are eligible for registration. By placing a deposit on a puppy it will ensure you receive the puppy of your choice. Deposit is non-refundable with the exception of puppy being found not in good health by our Veterinarian before transfer.”
Contract and health guarantee
Jessie may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Jessie offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don’t hesitate to reach out to Jessie directly.
What's included
Enrichment and socialization
We begin to work on going potty outside as soon as possible(weather permitting). They will have access to puppy pads while in the house. We raise all our babies in the living room of our home. They are well socializing and are introduced to new sounds, smells and toys almost daily. We live on a small farm so they will be introduced to an array of animals from chickens, geese, pea cocks, goats and more. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Various sounds, Car rides, Socialized in new places, Socialized with other animals, Introduced to people of different ages and appearances, Socialized with other dogs, Daily handling, Socialized with children, and Surface & tactile stimulation.
Puppy health practices
All puppies will have been dewormed at age 4 week and 6 week. They will have a vet health check and have first vaccination.
Extras
We send our puppies home with Puppy starter kit, Blanket with mom & littermates’ scent, Initial potty training, Toys, Food & treats, and Vet records.
Bringing your puppy home
Jessie offers options to help you easily get your new puppy home.
Pick up your puppy in Canmer, KY or nearby
If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.

Get your puppy dropped off to you
We’ll meet at a mutually convenient halfway point to drop off your puppy. Once your application is approved, we’ll coordinate the details for your pick-up day together.

About Patty
Patty Mae is a short stocky Boston terrier that is a white splash with red markings. She weighs approximately 20 lbs. She is very sweet and has the funniest personality. We had not originally planned on adding her to our breeding program but with her contagious personality that everyone falls in love with we decided to allow at least one litter. She is a very spoiled girl so I was worried how she would do with caring for babies but she has proven to be a pro.

Dixie is a very pleasant dog, she is very chill and calm compared to a few of our others. She loves to cuddle up on the couch. She has a sweet and gentle personality making her the best Mama ever. Everyone that meets her falls in love with her. She is black and white with a few brindle markings mixed in. She is on the small side and weights 16 lbs.

About Dozer
Dad is an amazing and loving dog. He is on the smaller side he weights 15 lbs. He is a classic black and white. His favorite past time is chasing the others around the yard or cuddling up on the couch. He is spunky but also loves to just chill, making him an all around companion for any household. We have one of his daughters and she has his exactly crazy antics, out going and loving personality.
