I'm the breeder behind Honor Havanese located in Summerfield, FL. I am an AKC BREEDER OF MERIT. I strive to breed puppies that adhere to the AKC standard of perfection in conformation, temperament and good health. All my breeding dogs are health tested for the recommended test for their breed. My dogs also have wonderful, smart, easy to live with personalities.

Getting a puppy from Jennifer
Jennifer has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices range from $2,500 - $4,000 and include a non-refundable deposit of $500.
“Prices can vary slightly based on breed, sex, and color. Deposits required to hold a specific puppy until he/she goes home. The balance is due when the puppy is picked up. $500 Deposit for a healthy havanese or poodle puppy. Non-refundable deposit required to hold a specific puppy, transferrable to future litter if puppy is not a match or healthy when ready to go.”
Contract and health guarantee
Jennifer may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. What's included
Enrichment and socialization
Puppies are handled daily. Raised in my room for the first 2-3 weeks. Then move to my puppy room. Once weaned, we move them to the main part of house. They see and hear and handled so much they are very social. The kids from church occasionally come to puppy play dates to socialize them more. I believe in neurological stimulation to help them starting at birth. They are groomed regularly. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Introduced to people of different ages and appearances, Scent introduction, Surface & tactile stimulation, Socialized in new places, Socialized with other dogs, Socialized with other animals, Daily handling, Socialized with children, Various sounds, Puppy pads , Impulse Control, Body handling protocol, including sitting still for grooming, Grooming and Nail Care, Noise Desensitization, Come, Socialized with Adult Dogs, Grooming Desensitization, Early Neurological Stimulation, and Noises.
Puppy health practices
Our puppies will always come with shots current by the veterinarian, a full exam fecal test, etc. They will have a health certificate detailing everything vet has done. All info copies of parents test etc provided in puppy folder.

We send our puppies home with Initial potty training, Blanket with mom & littermates’ scent, Puppy starter kit, Toys, Basic obedience & manners, Vet records, Food & treats, Microchip, Registration, AKC Registration, Food Starter Bag, Certificate of Health, Microchip, Puppy Collar, Vaccinations, Toy with Littermates' Scent, Bone, and Puppy Leash.
Bringing your puppy home

If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.

I fell in love with grooming dogs and dog shows. I got my first Poodle and loved transforming it into a perfect dog. Then I started breeding them to perfect them in structure and personality too. I love making families happy with something they can be proud to love and ease of training and healthy for a very long time. I enjoy helping people get the perfect pet for many years of unconditional love.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Legg-Calve-Perthes (OFA), Congenital Deafness (BAER, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
