I'm the breeder behind Karamojo Ridgebacks, Quality over Quantity located in Broussard, LA. Our Mission Statement We breed for quality over quantity, we have one breeding female and one stud. Our dogs are family to us. We are passionate to better the breed, breeding for us is not a business but a passion. Our mission is to breed quality Ridgebacks with type as of the beginning of the breed in Rhodesia. It has taken us 12 years to establish our bloodlines and obtain this quality in our breeding program. With that said, we are serious about protecting our bloodlines.
About Emily
I was raised on a farm in Southwest Louisiana, we raised cattle. I adopted every orphaned animal on our farm, and bottle fed them! I raised a orphaned filly I named Chica, a calf I named Pippy, and a goat I named Suzy! This is where the beginning of my love for God's creatures began! We did most of our vetting of our animals!
What makes Emily’s program special
We breed "Old South African bloodlines" with good bone and substance, maintaining our type.
