I'm the breeder behind Kellner Labradors located in Springfield, MO. We are conscientious breeders of top-quality Labradors. Our puppies are raised with careand given numerous aptitude and temperament evaluations, so we can match them with the perfect families. We breed with a focus on health and temperament, and we have years of experience in preparing puppies for their forever homes. We spend lots of time socializing and training our pups so they will have a great foundation of good behavior and neurological development. We have a heart for service dogs and work to provide puppies to a few organizations. After our service pups have been placed, we consider other types of working homes! We love to see our puppies reach their full potential and hope you will consider us for your next Labrador Retriever.
About CASEY
We have both had labs our whole life. It was one of the things we found we shared a passion for when we were first dating. We bought our first lab together when we were engaged. We find the labrador breed to be our only choice in dogs. They are loving, smart, willing to learn, beautiful, sound, and they are extremely versatile. Truly a dog for nearly everyone.
What makes CASEY’s program special
1. We have set a goal to donate one -two puppies from each of our litters to a service organization. It is a way for us to contribute to breed betterment. 2. We are not in it for the money. We have set our price point at the lower end of the well bred/high performance Labrador market. We strive to offer puppies that are affordable to families that plan ahead. 3. The temperament, confidence and drive assessments we perform are given to us by the service organizations. It is a ton of work, but we know SO MUCH more about our puppies. It has become an invaluable resource for us.

Why CASEY started breeding
Casey's family raised labs in the late 80s and 90s, long before easy access to health clearances were available or affordable. While they never had puppies with health issues, we realize now how blessed we were. There are so many poorly bred Labradors available and we hope to make it easier for more families to have access to a well bred dog.
CASEY is a Preferred Good Dog Breeder

About CASH
Cash is out of our 2021 (Caramel x Tycho) litter. He is Ben's dog, but don't tell William. Cash was at the top with another male on our confidence and drive assessments from that litter. Cash is training in Oklahoma to be a Hunting Retriever and has his Hunting Retriever and on pass towards become a Hunting Retriever Champion. I love working with Cash. He is so driven, but he is also the sweetest boy. Once we get him back from all his formal traning, I plan to go through pet therapy training with him. He is the best of both worlds. Cash's health screening came back amazing. Be sure to take a look at his link. Cash is tri-factored and will produce all three colors: black, yellow and chocolate.
