I'm the breeder behind Lakeland Huskies located in Dent, MN. We strive to breed our dog to be well mannered, sweet dogs with a level head and a drive. We hope with our pairings that we get all the best traits possible from both the parents and ancestors. To get dogs fit for any active home or a working kennel, as these dogs come from old working sled lines.
About Alison
I'm 28 year old female, married to the best man. We do not have any children besides our dogs. We love to hike, camp, fish and pretty much anything outdoors. I am really excited to soon start competing in bikejoring and canicross. We currently do it recreationally.
What makes Alison’s program special
All pups are raised in my home with my family and dogs. We are small so all dogs/pups get lots of love and attention. We only have a litter every couple of years or when we plan to keep a puppy for ourselves. Our dogs are breed for working purposes which means health, temperament & working ability are our top goal. But we also know not all puppies are meant to work and do better as active pets.

Why Alison started breeding
I have been around breeding almost my whole life. Different family members have been breeding different breeds of dogs. But about 8 years ago my brother started breeding and raising sled dogs for a musher friend. From the first time I saw those dogs I fell in love and now I am breeding 4th generation pups.

Siberian Husky
About Iredessa
She is a sweet, energetic girl who loves to follow me everywhere. She's super easygoing content snuggling, hiking, walking, or roaming the backyard. She's from nice old racing Siberian lines. Because of this, she enjoys training in bikjoiring, canicross, and kick sledding. She is still young but has a great head and is working to become a great lead dog. Her drive is undeniable, and it will definably show in her pups. She has a striking appearance with her black coat splashed with a heavy white collar and legs. She also has a smooth coat texture that really shows off every inch of muscle. To top all that off with a white tipped curly tail and stunning bright blue eyes.
