Q. & A. with Candace
Why did you start breeding?
We are a large military family, with both active duty and retired military members. We understand the stresses involved with military service. We are labrador enthusiasts and began our breeding program as hobby breeders, with the intent of providing puppies for service dog training, as well as healthy, beautiful pets to those in our network and others.
What makes your program special?
Our breeding program is special because our puppies are raised in our home and handled daily from birth. We use Puppy Culture protocols and early neurological stimulation. Additionally, our puppies are socialized with children, cats, and other dogs. They grow up in the midst of lots of sounds, activities, and love, giving them the best opportunity to thrive emotionally. We feed our puppies a premium puppy kibble from Farmina.
Puppies go home microchipped, checked by our veterinarian, and with first vaccine. Puppies are each given a toy that smells like their mama/siblings and a beautiful custom collar that corresponds to their nursery collar color.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black and yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
