Kaleena F.

Certified Breeder of Dachshunds

Meet the breeder

I'm the breeder behind Lovebug Doxies located in Belmont, MI. Family raised, health tested AKC Dachshunds for companion homes. When we got our first dog, we were instantly in love. Since then, we’ve made it our mission to bring happy, healthy puppies into the lives of other families!

Q. & A. with Kaleena

  • Why did you start breeding?

I chose this path instead of a career as a zoologist, so that I could also stay home and raise my children. Animal husbandry has always been my peak interest.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

Our puppies include smooth and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include cream, red, chocolate and tan, chocolate and cream, black and tan, black and cream, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

    They live in my home.
