Meet the breeder

I'm the breeder behind Low Riders Mini/Toy Aussies and Corgis located in Nortonville, KS. Our dogs are well adjusted, social dogs that are living their best life with our family on the farm. We intend to provide pups to match your families life style & activity level. Our puppies will come to you working on potty training as well as basic puppy skills. Come join our corgi family. ❤️.

Q. & A. with Alyson

  • Why did you start breeding?

We had been at a car show & people kept complimenting our dogs, expressing how corgi’s they had been around were aggressive to other dogs &/or had all of these terrible health issues. We came home in shock of what we heard and spent countless hours reading about how the corgi breed was becoming tainted by poor breeding standards. The next three years we started building a program to improve the breed.
  • What makes your program special?

Our breeding program is special because we started out with just a couple of dogs and as we grew, we gained more knowledge and experience! Throughout our journey, we have met so many new people who have helped educate us and point us in the right direction. A lot of our buyers say that we are down-to-earth, personable, easy to connect with. We are committed to providing you with a positive experience and to helping you find your new forever companion!
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppies include red, sable, blue, and black and tan. American Corgi puppies include sable, black and white, and blue merle and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

We adopted our Corgi, Rex (formerly known as Red), from Alyson and Angie, and he has been an absolute joy. He’s incredibly sweet, full of personality, and a total goofball! Alyson has been wonderfully responsive, always quick to answer any questions and genuinely excited to see updates and pictures of Rex. If you're looking to add a Corgi to your family, I highly recommend working with Alyson—she truly cares about her pups and their new homes. 🐶🐾❤️

My daughter met Alyson and some of her pups while they were out on a socialization trip. Kylie immediately fell in love. Most teenagers used their money saved from their first job on a car, my daughter, had to have one of these amazing pups . We contacted Alyson and she immediately responded to all our questions about the puppies and the bread. She even offered to meet us right away to bring us our new puppy even though it was a holiday weekend. Everything was amazing, The puppy is amazing and Alyson is still responds to any questions we have and checked in on us daily then first few days after our puppy came home. We highly recommend Low Rider Corgis

We love Alyson and Angie! They are delightful ladies, and the corgi puppy we brought home from them is perfect! Zoey (formerly, Heidi) is smart, sweet and came pre-spoiled. You can tell she was loved and well-socialized while she was with Alyson and Angie. 💕 Zoey has snuggled right into our family and received a clean bill of health (and a bunch of compliments) from our vet. We are so grateful for Alyson and Angie and for our beautiful little Zoey!

Absolutely fantastic experience! Alyson and Angie are incredibly knowledgeable about the Corgi breed. Our puppy arrived in great health and was clearly well-cared for. They even stayed in touch and offered helpful support after we brought our new family member home. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have been wanting to get a dog for years, but everywhere we rented from was not pet friendly. We finally bought our first house a couple months ago! After finally get situated and feeling comfortable in our new home, we decided it was finally time to adopt a dog. We both have really wanted a Corgi since we were kids and luckily, Alyson had Holly (now Stormy) available. We adopted her a couple weeks ago and she has been the perfect addition to our family. Alyson has been very helpful. Answering any questions we have had, providing us with a blanket from home with her siblings and mom's scents on it. She also gave us some treats and toys that Stormy likes. She was already used to using a puppy pad. Still a couple accidents now and then, but she would almost always use the puppy pad if we didn't get her outside in time. Alyson did a fantastic job in providing us updates on her before the adoption, and even took the time to check in on us after the adoption on how things were going. I highly recommend adopting from Alyson. Thanks Alyson!
