Q. & A. with Layne
Why did you start breeding?
My parents raised standard Australian Shepherds my whole childhood and I have been raising and training Miniature Australian Shepherds for over 15 years myself. I am just in love with this beautiful and intelligent breed!
What makes your program special?
All my adult Aussie’s and their puppies are raised in our home as part of our family & come with up-to-date shots, health certificates and ASD registry. I work with my litters on socialization with lots of interaction with kids, cats, other dogs, beginning obedience & potty training (indoor & outdoor). LuckyBones also donates a portion of our Puppy Proceeds to reputable animal shelters, animal charities, and animal non-profits.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include tiny and miniature sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include blue merle, red merle, red, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
