I'm the breeder behind Montagna del Mare Lagotto Romagnolo located in Bellingham, WA. Our dogs are bred for health and temperament. We take great care in breeding only adults that conform to the breed standard in terms of conformation. Our goal is to create loving members of the family that can also participate in all the various events open to our canine companions.
About Therese
I grew up with pet dogs and was always fascinated with the process of proper breeding. While I have had many dogs throughout my life, in 2005, I got my first Lagotto. I have a background in health and education. In 2006, I was one of the founding members of the Lagotto Romganolo Club of America. I have served on the board. We had our first litter in 2012.
What makes Therese’s program special
I try and only use breeding males and females that meet the breed standard, are fully health tested, and have good temperaments. I spend quality time with all my dogs and when raising them and follow the Puppy Culture program as best I can.
