We are breeders who do everything we can to better the breed and ensure our dogs and puppies are able to get the very most out of life. All my dogs are carefully bred and fully health tested. I carefully choose the sire and dam in order to produce the best quality possible.

I have been a professional handler in AKC shows for over 50 years. Since returning from handling, I have become an AKC judge and have devoted myself to the betterment of my beloved Japanese Chin.

I expose them to different sounds and sights. Careful not to do too much. About 5 minutes a day is sufficient. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Socialized with other animals, Introduced to people of different ages and appearances, Socialized with other dogs, Daily handling, Socialized with children, Surface & tactile stimulation, Car rides, and Various sounds.
All my puppies get wellness checks and inoculations and microchips before going to their new homes.
We send our puppies home with Food & treats, Vet records, Microchip, and Registration.
Marie offers options to help you easily get your new puppy home.
If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.
Work with a trusted flight nanny or transporter to get your puppy comfortably dropped off at an airport or meeting point close to home.
Why Marie started breeding
In my younger days, I was apprenticed to a wonderful breeder of top winning Irish and soft-coated Wheaten terriers. She taught me how to breed and whelp a litter. I breed with an eye for the phenotype in addition to genotype.

Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
