I'm the breeder behind Smoky Mountains Cotons located in Kingsport, TN. Our dogs are bred to better the breed. We strive to go above and beyond the basic requirements.
What makes Larissa’s program special
I’m very selective with who I choose to be a parent dog. Genetics and temperament are my upmost concerns.

Larissa has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Puppy prices range from $3,000 - $4,500 and include a deposit of $1,500.
“The price includes the guarantee, AKC registration, first round of vaccinations, deworming, and puppy socialization. All of our puppies are priced by color and demand. Includes pre-registration and socialization.”
Larissa may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Larissa offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don’t hesitate to reach out to Larissa directly.
Our puppies are well-adjusted to a home environment and socialized with children, cats, and other dogs.
All puppies are vaccinated and taken to the vet for a health check before going home.
Your puppy may come with extra benefits, like a small bag of food or a toy carrying the scent of their littermates. While Smoky Mountains Cotons hasn’t shared specifics yet, we encourage you to reach out directly to learn what thoughtful extras they may include to help your puppy transition comfortably into their new home.
Larissa offers options to help you easily get your new puppy home.
If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.
“We welcome families to pick-up their puppies. We will also work with flight nannies and 3rd party pick-ups, (at buyers expense).”
Work with a trusted transporter to get your puppy comfortably dropped off at a meeting point close to home.
