I'm the breeder behind South Dakota Creekside Australian Shepherds located in Bison, SD. We breed our Aussies to help enrich and bring joy to other peoples lives, like our dogs have done for us. Our dogs are bred for gentle temperament, healthy genetics, loyal companionship, and athletic dogs that are ready and willing to be by your side through any adventure, ride, or sitting next to you on the couch.
About Kelsey
At home we keep ourselves and our dogs busy with daily chores which consist of milking the cows, riding along in the tractor, and raising our family.
What makes Kelsey’s program special
Our dogs are our family; therefore they will be treated with the utmost respect in regards to breeding and raising them. We raise the puppies to be exposed to many different animals, sights, and sounds here on our ranch and they accompany us on our trips to town. We expose them to our large family to keep them well socialized. We also take them on our trips to hike in the black hills, to town for ice cream, and trips to Runnings.

About Scarlet
My sweetest Scarlet. This girl is my soul dog. Shes SO laid back, beyond gentle, and the most attentive dog I’ve ever met. She is always by my side, or my kids side, whether that be in a vehicle, out in the yard, or on the couch, she’s happiest everywhere. She is the total package.
Australian Shepherd
About Otis
ASDR registered. The most personable, loyal and easily trained dog I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and owning. He is my right hand man whether it be on any walk/hike, riding in the tractor with me, accompanying me in town and not needing a leash and stays by my side, and so much more. I could talk about him for days on end, if you have any questions, just ask!
Australian Shepherd
About Gus
This is my father-in-law’s dog. This is one super cool dog. Gus has been an old soul since we got him at 9 weeks old. Calm, cool, attentive, and one heck of a worker. Has phenomenal head and heel to him, and excellent off switch. When he’s working he goes until the job is done, and when you say you’re done, he is calm and content to sit and relax. I can’t stress enough the calm nature, with phenomenal working drive.
Australian Shepherd
About Emmy
Double registered. AKC and ASDR. Incredibly smart, friendly, funny, and overall great dog to have around. She can outsmart us on any given day, loves to go on long walks/hikes, easily trained, and quite personable. She’s one of a kind! If you have any questions about her, I would love to talk about her!!
