We are dedicated to producing happy and healthy dogs, and we strive to continuously improve our knowledge in all aspects of our program. We are a small show and breeding home of AKC Chihuahuas. We love showing our dogs, but first and foremost our dogs are valued members of our family. We are passionate, responsible breeders who truly love our dogs.

Tracy has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Puppy prices range from $3,000 - $4,000 and include a non-refundable deposit of $1,000.
“Also included is a health guarantee, veterinary exam, puppy socialization, and AKC limited registration (provided once the pet is spayed/neutered). Deposit is non-refundable. However, it can be applied towards another puppy.”
Tracy may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Our lives are dedicated to our dogs, and we put significant time, energy, and love into providing the best environment possible in which to raise happy, healthy, and beautiful Chihuahuas. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Introduced to people of different ages and appearances, Socialized with other dogs, Daily handling, Scent introduction, Socialized in new places, Surface & tactile stimulation, Car rides, Various sounds, Socialized with Strangers, Puppy Culture, Various Surfaces, Car Rides, Grooming, Stores, Chew, e.g. Bone, Early Neurological Stimulation, Grooming Desensitization, Household Desensitization, Toys, e.g. Ball, Sound Stimulation, Socialized with Adult Dogs, Litter Box Trained, and Crate Training.
All puppies are dewormed, vaccinated, and taken to our veterinarian for their first visit prior to rehoming.
We send our puppies home with Blanket with mom & littermates’ scent, Initial potty training, Puppy starter kit, Toys, Food & treats, Vet records, Microchip, Registration, Microchipped , Sound and texture enrichment, Early Neurological Stimulation, Our puppies are all sent home with welcome home bags and information. , Blanket with Mom's Scent, Blanket with Littermates Scent, AKC Registration, Certificate of Health, Vaccinations, Food Starter Bag, and Bone.
Tracy offers options to help you easily get your new puppy home.
If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.

We care about the Chihuahua breed and do everything in our power to breed sound dogs in order to ensure we’re producing healthy and happy puppies.
