Getting a puppy from Candice

Candice has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices range from $2,500.

“AKC litter registration, 1st and 2nd round of vaccinations, health exam by my veterinarian, worming. A small deposit will hold your puppy until after it has received its 2nd round of vaccines and exam. The final payment will be due at pick up.”

What's included

Enrichment and socialization

We work on socialization every day, regular house notices like the TV, vacuum, kids yelling. We start them on potty pads and work on crate training. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Introduced to people of different ages and appearances, Socialized with other dogs, Daily handling, Socialized in new places, Socialized with children, Surface & tactile stimulation, Car rides, Various sounds, also have lots of friends and family who come over to handle the puppies and help out with the puppies daily. I do not take them to public places to expose them to people as they are not fully vaccinated until 16 weeks. , crate training, Noise desensitized , Toys, e.g. Ball, Early Neurological Stimulation, Household Desensitization, Socialized with Adult Dogs, Socialized with Children, Early socialization, Noise desensitization, Car Training , Name recognition , Potty pads,, "No" Biting or Chewing, Crate Training, and Potty Training.

All puppies are examined by a my vet, set 1 & 2 sets of vaccines done, worming.

Extras

We send our puppies home with Blanket with mom & littermates’ scent, Registration, Microchip, Initial potty training, Puppy starter kit, Toys, Food & treats, Vet records, and Basic obedience & manners.

Bringing your puppy home

Candice offers options to help you easily get your new puppy home.

Pick up your puppy in Georgetown, TX or nearby

If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.

Get your puppy dropped off to you

Work with a trusted flight nanny or transporter to get your puppy comfortably dropped off at an airport or meeting point close to home.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA)

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
