I'm the breeder behind Wayward’s Dogos and Spellbound Greyhounds located in Winter Haven, FL. The racing Greyhound has been an important part of our lives for over 20 yrs. With the decline in racing in America, we wish to help preserve a little of this wonderful breed and share them with loving owners. We hike and keep our hounds active, participate when able in amateur racing and coursing events. Our dogs are family first and our puppies are raised inside as part of the family. I have owned Dogos since 2002. I started out fostering and ended up later in purchasing a nice female. She turned out better than expected, she hunted well and passed all her health testing. So we chose to breed her and I kept a female from her first litter who is now my matriarch. My Dogos are well socialized, friendly and outgoing dogs. They live in my home but we also hunt with them to prove they have proper temperament and drive.
About Tiffany
I got my first Greyhound in 2001. Whitewave known to me as Casey. He was a big white and brindle boy. His sire was Fantastic Memory so I always looked for dogs with him in the pedigree because Casey was so wonderful. I ended up adopting a broken leg puppy years later pedigree unknown at the time of adoption, but once I got it, I finally had Fantastic Memory grandson. Joey did not disappoint. He was big, bubbly happy and outgoing and became my best friend. I purchased Voodoo who also is a descendant of Fantastic Memory to start my breeding program. I lost Joey a year later but was able to purchase frozen from his sire Where’s Big Cash. I also purchased Enzo who has Joey’s dams pedigree and is a great addition to our program. He is a very even tempered dog and is quite striking with his white coat. Voodoo and Enzo’s first litter was born in January of 2023 and are far exceeding my expectations. Look forward to the future with these great hounds.
What makes Tiffany’s program special
We raise our pups inside. We spend hours handling them, exposing to them to things they will encounter in life. We raise very well rounded, confident pups. I work at a dog daycare and after they receive their vaccines pups start going to work with me. It acclimates them to riding in the car and exposes them to all different kinds of dogs and people in new environment away from their moms. We work on leash training, crate training and house training. Our pups leave ready to start their new life.

Why Tiffany started breeding
I saw a decline in correct Dogos with good temperaments and ended up with a great foundation female. Then when retired racing Greyhounds began getting harder to adopt, I decided I wanted to ensure I would be able to spend the rest of my life with the Greyhounds I grew to love so much.
