I'm the breeder behind Wild Mountain Haven K9 located in Chatham, VA. Our dogs are bred for their temperament and health with an emphasis on conformation. The structure has its purpose so joints don't easily break down from working or even day-to-day activities. Strong nerves, and drive for trainability , while still maintaining temperaments to be able to be your new companion.
About WildMountain
I am a mother to wonderful kids, who are home schooled and help tremendously with the dogs. I have trained dogs since I was 12 years old. I have been involved in everything from Protection sport to conformation shows and performance. I was a member of Columbus All breed Training club for over 20 years until I moved and bought a home with 15 acres in Virginia to be closer to family in the Carolinas.
What makes WildMountain’s program special
I put my everything into my program every day. I am here for the good or bad. I enjoy attending seminars to learn more and take the time to Health test, train, and learn what structure and working ability really is and how they should go together. I like to have a nice dog to look at, If the dog is a mess structurally the body will break down with work it was intended to do or day to day life.

Why WildMountain started breeding
I first started helping a breeder friend with her dogs and puppies at age 13, It ended up going into working with another breeder and so forth. I have experience training, showing, working in Kennels, for groomers and trainers and everything in between. I trained with a Columbus LEO for many years before he passed in the line of duty. I was gifted dogs and co-owns to start and eventually went on to where I am today.
