I'm Lauren S., the breeder behind Wilderness Way Berners located in Hutchinson, KS. We acquired our first Berner in 2009 & were instantly in love. We are motivated by high quality breeding of these wonderful dogs so that we can provide the opportunity for that same experience for other families. Our pups have become AKC Champions, companions, and therapy dogs.

Tikka, mom
Bernese Mountain Dog
About Tikka
Tikka is a sensitive, affectionate girl who would live every minute right by our side, if she could. A blocky build and wavy coat add physical beauty to her beautiful spirit. Tikka's dam was our girl, Daisy, and her sire, Gunnar, was one of our very first Berners. He lived to 11 yr. old and had excellent longevity that we are hoping will be passed on through Tikka. He was also our certified Therapy Dog and has definitely passed on that sensitivity to Tikka. Tikka has great health testing results and has proven herself to be a great mom to her puppies.
