Meet the breeder

I'm the breeder behind Yggdrasil Buhunds located in Colorado. We breed athletic, intelligent, work-focused Norwegian Buhunds from fully health-tested and titled parents. All puppies are rigorously socialized from birth using Puppy Culture, ENS, and similar protocols to produce well-rounded and resilient puppies. Our parent dogs are family companions, hiking buddies and accomplished sports competitors.

Bringing your puppy home

Monica offers options to help you easily get your new puppy home.

Pick up your puppy in Colorado or nearby

If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.

“We prefer to meet all of our puppy parents in person. Occasionally we may deliver a pup if road trip schedules allow, but we do prefer our buyers attend our scheduled pickup days and puppy orientation session.”

Get your puppy dropped off to you

We’ll meet at a mutually convenient halfway point to drop off your puppy. Once your application is approved, we’ll coordinate the details for your pick-up day together.
