“Linda was wonderful, through and through. This is the sweetest puppy we could have hoped for, had her for 2 months now. We feel blessed and lucky to consider our pup as part of our family! Our pup is sweet, snuggly and cuddly, and great with the kids, tolerating our 7 year old who constantly carries her around like a stuffed animal, and running from him every chance she gets (lolol), yet still showing him patience and love back. She has psychotic bursts of energy out in our backyard, especially as the kids swim. But then gets inside and acts like she ran 25 miles, ready to crash out and snuggle. Such a fun little creature. We can be anywhere and all she wants is snuggles and loves. Took us 6 weeks to potty-train her, but all that is on track now, and no pee-accidents in the house in 2 weeks now, at 4 months old. “I've had several dogs over the course of the last 20 years but Java was our first pup that had to be transported via a flight. I was extremely nervous and anxious about the entire process and Mardel was so responsive and ensured our Smooth Fox Terrier made it to us safely. The puppy was a week late due to storms which is completely out of anyone's control but Mardel drove to the airport every day to check on the flights and she kept in contact with me during the entire process and provided updates to ease my anxiety. Her commitment and dedication is truly amazing and I cannot thank her enough! As far as the puppy goes, while this is my first Smooth Fox Terrier, we had have 3 Jack Russells but at only 2.5 months, Java is doing things (ie. signaling to go out, etc) that none of our prior dogs learned until they were 5 to 6 months old! Java is by far the most intelligent puppy we've ever had and he's also one of the sweetest. He had his first checkup and all is clear (as suspected) and I am looking forward to spending many many years with Java. I can personally say I really really lucked out in not only finding him but also finding Mardel.”

“Kyle and the staff at Imperialis Kennels were amazing to work with. He replied to my numerous questions in a timely manner, was professional, personable, and knows the whippet breed well. He offered Zoom meetings, since I live in Washington State, and I was able to meet him and Rocket virtually. He never rushed our conversations nor made me feel uncomfortable with my questions. Kyle is very dedicated to the breed and to his family of pups and never pushed me into purchasing a puppy, as has been my experience in the past with other breeders. As a prior sighthound owner, I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a puppy from a breeder I have never met, but everything about this experience was perfect. Upon arrival at Imperialis Kennels and meeting Kyle and all of his pups, each and every one of them were friendly and interactive with me. I fell in love with Rocket immediately and knew I would be taking him home. Kyle provided a crate for travel with puppy blankets with the scent of his littermates, martingale collar, leash, a bag of food, and pine chips to help with potty training. Rocket was 4 months old when I took him home, and he is a wonderful little whippet puppy. He sleeps in his crate all night without as much as a whimper and basically potty trained himself. He's as smart as a whippet! I couldn't have made a better decision and am truly grateful for Kyle's experience in breeding these wonderful companions.
